Can someone else get the key card for me?
No, for security reasons, your key card can only be collected by yourself.
Do I need to pay land tax?
If you are an eligible full-time student, you will be exempt from paying land tax. You must provide proof to the apartment that you are a full-time student
What if there is no one at the front desk when I arrive?
The apartment will provide emergency contact information, which can be dialed at the entrance of the apartment or in a prominent place at the front desk. Alternatively, you can call the apartment's Emergency Control Center (UK) on 03003031611, and they will coordinate staff to help you.
What if I might be late and the check in slot time is not the same as my reserved time?
If you arrive on the same day but are only tens of minutes to a few hours late, you can wait at the front desk, and the staff will serve you after processing the students who have made an appointment. If you arrive on a different day, please click "Edit" in the check in summary of the apartment APP, and then choose a new check-in time that suits you.
