Can I live with my friends?

Some rooms are not available for double occupancy. If you want to choose two rooms in the same flat, tell the consultant when you book, and she will try to arrange it for you.

It is okay to bring a friend to stay for one night, and you need to report to the apartment if you exceed this time.

Can I book a room if I'm under 18?

Yes, just make sure you are at least 18 years old when you cancel the lease. In this case, you must inform your exclusive consultant in advance.

Can I store luggage at the apartment?

No, before the students actually check in, the apartment does not provide the service of storing luggage on behalf of the students; after checking in, students can ask the front desk

We do not charge a Booking Fee. To secure your booking you will be required to pay a £350 deposit, which will be refunded at the end of your tenancy.

You are allowed to have overnight guests subject to a maximum stay of 5 nights. If they would like to like longer, please contact the reception team.

When you move in your studio will be fully cleaned, you are required to return the studio in the same condition it was given.

What happens if my First Choice University course is cancelled or delayed for 2021/22?

You can defer your start date or cancel your booking subject to sending an email before 01 July 2021 with a copy of the email you have received from the University. Please contact Uhomes to get the details.
