Details

There is no withdrawal policy. Subletting/withdrawal must first contact the apartment. The apartment will assist students to find qualified tenants together. Before the tenant signs the contract and pays the rent, the original tenant still needs to fulfill the contractual obligations and pay the rent.
Our tenancy agreements are legally binding for both parties so we do not advise signing unless you are certain you have read and understood the agreement. In the event that you will not be taking up the residency you must inform the office of this as soon as possible and a member of staff will guide you through the company dropout procedure.
