Cranbrook Court student flats are located on Cranbrook Avenue and are surrounded by many amenities such as shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Wilde's and The Library Café are just a 7-minute walk away for a coffee with friends. Meze Bar & Grill is just around the corner from the flats and is a popular choice amongst students as it's a good, inexpensive meal. Premier and Riversdale Convenience Stores are also close by for students to get their daily shopping done. Places like Queen's Gardens and The Master Streetlife Museum can be kept for the weekend to visit, so there's no need to worry about being bored at Cranbrook Court.
Transport
Cranbrook Court is close to the University of Hull, a 6-minute walk from the University of Hull and a 26-minute bus ride from Hull College, and a 2-minute walk from Cranbrook Court or St Mary's College bus stops, which provide a direct link to Hull city centre, making it easy for students to get around the city.
Security and Service
Cranbrook Court student flats are equipped with 24-hour security, CCTV surveillance and several electronic gates that must be used to gain access to the halls of residence to ensure the safety of our students. In addition, the building has its own facilities maintenance team and car park, common areas are cleaned by staff, and a 24-hour front desk is always at the students' service.
There will be a mark on the apartment supply contract. It is recommended that students download a PDF version when confirming the contract and keep it for yourself!

Can I check in early?
If you need to check in early, please contact your consultant teacher. If there are vacancies in the apartment for the corresponding lease period, you can arrange early check-in after accepting the corresponding extra rent
When is the due date for rent payment?

If you are an eligible full-time student, you will be exempt from paying land tax. You must provide proof to the apartment that you are a full-time student
When can I check in?
You can check in at the beginning of the contract. If you arrive at the apartment during non-working hours, it is best to inform the apartment in advance so that the apartment can arrange check-in.
How do I collect my access card?
After completing the check-in process at the front desk, you can get the key card from the apartment front desk
Can someone else get the key card for me?
No, for security reasons, your key card can only be collected by yourself.
Can I keep pets inside the apartment?
No, no pets are allowed in the apartment.
What should I do if I need to report for repair?
Report repairs by using apartment software. If there is no APP in the apartment, you can report for repair through the front desk of the apartment
Can I smoke inside the room?
The apartment is non-smoking for safety reasons and has smoke alarms. If you need to smoke, please ask the front desk of the apartment where the corresponding smoking area is located.
