Not bad Facilities: Fairly complete, but the front desk is often unattended, and repairs are slow Internet speed: Fast Soundproofing: Good Hygiene: The shower room is a bit small Location: The biggest advantage is that this building is within 15 minutes to the city center, school, and gym; it takes only five minutes to get to the gym Also, the public area is spacious
It is very close to Roger Stevens, and during busy class times, I can still rush back to take a nap; the facilities in the room are quite good, with a washing machine and dryer that are very convenient, the refrigerator is also decent, the kitchen space is large, and there are plenty of storage cabinets; however, it is relatively far from the city center, and there are no small shops that can be reached in two or three steps, making daily shopping somewhat inconvenient; the ensuite sound insulation can be said to be non-existent, depending on the roommate's quality; there is almost zero common area, no gym, no study room, no entertainment room; no air conditioning!!! The heating in winter is also just average; the bathroom faucet has separate hot and cold water, which is really inconvenient.

Shopping: The main convenience nearby is going to Tesco, but it’s not as convenient as those apartments in the city center for going to Morrison and Marks & Spencer. Sports: It’s very convenient to buy a school membership to go to Edge and also very convenient to attend classes at school.
The Broadcasting Tower apartments are very close to school, making commuting to class particularly convenient. The rooms are well-equipped, so daily living is not a problem. The only downside is the noticeable noise from the bar downstairs on weekends, which can easily disrupt nighttime rest. There are no significant shortcomings in other facilities and the environment.
The location is quite good, close to the school. Independent laundry and drying, but there are no entertainment facilities. When I booked the house, I selected the premium option, but I was assigned to a classic room type while paying for the premium, and communication with the apartment was dismissive and untruthful.
The facilities are complete, and the community greenery is nice. The apartment is well located, with convenient transportation, and the rooms are clean and tidy, with all the necessary facilities. The response is timely and considerate, the living experience is comfortable, and it is very suitable for short-term stays. I will choose this place again when I come to Leeds next time.

Living in Broadcasting Tower in Leeds is truly amazing. Every day, going in and out of this award-winning building, affectionately known as the "Big Rusty Building," feels really cool, and it's perfect for taking pictures! The biggest takeaway is that it's a blessing for lazy people. Every morning, I can leave just in time for class, and within a few minutes' walk, there are supermarkets, cafes, and various restaurants. The convenience of life is off the charts! Considering location, safety, and the friendly management of the apartment, the living experience here definitely ranks among the top in student accommodations in Leeds!
The internet speed was pretty good, but it suddenly went out. The overall facilities are relatively new, but the bathroom door of my restroom has a little peeling, and it can't fully seal. Also, the sink has a slight crack, and there is glue on top of it; I don't know why. The curtains became a bit dirty after a while. There was a bit of a formaldehyde smell when I first moved in. The elevator occasionally breaks down, and the shaking is quite noticeable. Disposing of trash is a bit of a hassle; I can't re-enter through the door after going out; I can only take a detour to enter through the front door. The circuit breaker frequently trips…
