Overall, my experience living at The Tannery has been quite good. The room gets plenty of natural light, so there is usually no need to turn on the lights during the day, which makes it great for studying, reading, or working in the room. The room was also fairly clean when I first moved in, with no noticeable odor, and the ventilation is good. For student accommodation, the room space is sufficient, and the desk, wardrobe, and storage areas are all practical. The kitchen and shared areas are also well equipped. The internet speed is generally stable, and there are basically no issues with online classes, watching videos, or gaming. In terms of soundproofing, it is generally acceptable. It does not feel particularly noisy under normal circumstances, though occasionally you can hear people talking in the hallway. The location of the apartment is also convenient, with supermarkets and some restaurants nearby, making daily shopping easy. Transportation to the university and the city center is also quite convenient. The staff are friendly, and problems are usually handled promptly. The hygiene and security management also make residents feel reassured. Overall, The Tannery is quite suitable for students looking for long-term accommodation, offering convenient living, comfortable rooms, and decent value for money.
