The school is very close, and the environment around the apartment is also very good.
Nice place to live in
The house is a bit old, but overall it's quite nice. The interior is fully equipped, but there isn't a designated place for deliveries. The main advantage is its proximity to the school, and the surrounding area is filled with castle-style buildings from the last century. There are also many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and it takes only about 20 minutes to walk to the city center.

The person I agreed with the manager to check in just disappeared and didn’t even leave me the room key, haha.
Not highly recommended. The public areas where I live haven't been cleaned since I moved in. When I first moved in, the bed was broken, and both the toilet and refrigerator weren't working; it took a month to get them fixed. The fact that so many things are broken is likely a case of survivor bias, but you can weigh it against other factors.

Very poor. I moved in and within the first week there was a leak, forcing me to change rooms and they didn't refund my money. The internet connection dropped several times for a few hours. I could hear the neighbors singing at midnight very clearly. The front desk staff were often missing, which was equivalent to no one being there. My package was lost, and there was no response. The new room is on the first floor, with people coming and going outside, and there were several small issues including the shower switch not working, the microwave not functioning, and the door lock had no power, leaving me locked out and forced to spend a night outside. Avoid this place, just avoid it!
