The security is excellent, and there is a front desk. The kitchen is very clean with no unpleasant odors. It is very quiet at night, with very little noise from others. The internet speed is very fast at 1000 Mbps. The staff also handle repairs very quickly—if something is damaged, they can come and fix it the next day. I am very satisfied. The kitchen facilities are very complete, including a stove, oven, microwave, and toaster. There is 24-hour hot water.
Ensuite rooms are relatively cost-effective, but if your budget allows, it’s best not to choose an ensuite—the chances of ending up with 🇮🇳 roommates are extremely high... The room itself is quite comfortable, and the view from the window is very pleasant, but the soundproofing is poor. You can even hear the neighbors talking at a normal volume.

Concept Place is a great value-for-money student accommodation in Leeds (near the University of Leeds), offering Ensuite, Studio and One-bed flat, located on the outer edge of Leeds city centre, just a 15-minute walk from Leeds University, Leeds Beckett University and Leeds University of the Arts, with Leeds city centre and Leeds train station just a 20-minute walk away. Leeds city centre and Leeds train station are only a 20-minute walk away, making it easy for students to attend class or go out. That's why Concept Place is so popular with new students in Leeds, who will feel right at home here. It is an excellent choice of accommodation for students in the Leeds area.

 

Features:

Concept Place embraces 391 rooms on 11 floors, including 335 Ensuite rooms, 52 Studio rooms and 4 One Bedrooms. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom. The One Bed includes a separate kitchen and bedroom, which is very well ventilated and is larger than the Studio, but is more expensive. There is a common area on the ground floor with a ping-pong table, pool table, sofa and flat-screen TV. The apartment provides students with three different room types: Ensuite (independent bathroom, shared kitchen), Studio (independent bathroom, separate kitchen) and One-bed flat (independent bathroom, independent kitchen). The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven and other kitchen supplies. The bathrooms are also of the highest standard.

In addition, there is a separate communal laundry room (for a separate fee), a bicycle parking area where you can store your folding bicycle and a spacious and comfortable study room and lounge that you can use free of charge. The common area includes a study area, a games area and other functional areas so you can play and study with your friends here. The dormitory rent includes all expenses, such as high-speed WIFI, financial insurance, water, electricity and gas.

 

Location and What's Hot?

Concept Place is surrounded by a very busy area, opposite Marsden House and Burley Road, and is within easy reach of Leeds University, the Business School and the city centre. There is a Domino's pizza shop 2-3 minutes walk away and a supermarket, Tesco, 5 minutes walk away, as well as many small restaurants and bars on both sides of the road, making it an excellent place for leisure. The Kirkstall Leisure Complex, with a Vue cinema, a Gym and a variety of restaurants including Nando's, is about a 22-minute walk away. Concept Place is a beautiful addition to your time in Leeds.

I just moved in these past two days, and overall it meets my expectations. It's close to the road but not noisy (maybe because I sleep deeply 😂).
