If it is a British savings card, select the Debit card type (the corresponding Billing address needs to be changed to a British address), if it is a Chinese credit card, select the Credit card type (the billing address remains the domestic address) 2. For bank wire transfer, please log in to the Account of Unite Students and click Booking page, download the Bank Transfer Info file, communicate with the bank in advance, and bring the corresponding materials to the bank counter or self-service money transfer machine for remittance. In the remittance postscript, please fill in the personal reservation information (refer to the content required in the bank_tranfer_info file). The wire transfer does not arrive in real time , please be sure to wire transfer 1-2 weeks before the deadline to ensure that the funds arrive on time. Since the bank will charge a cross-border payment service fee, please pay the required rent + service fee when paying the fee to ensure that the full amount arrives.

The price of £130 per week for these configurations is already quite reasonable. The internet speed is also very fast, which is the fastest I have encountered among several student apartments. The apartment also has facilities like a gym, common room, ping-pong table, etc. The reception works 24/7, which is quite rare in the UK. The downside is that the sound insulation isn't very good; the walls of each room in the flat feel like they are made of hollow boards. However, as long as the seating is normal, this doesn't have much of an impact. My neighbor was initially a person from Myanmar, who often stayed up late at night; later, they even brought their boyfriend over, which made it even noisier. After adjustments from the dormitory manager, they moved out, and I was able to sleep well again. Now my neighbor is a Chinese person, and it's not noisy at all.

My experience staying at the Yixiang Haoke student apartment was very good. The overall environment of the apartment is clean and tidy, the room facilities are complete, and it is very comfortable to live in, making it well suited for students’ long-term stays. The staff have a great service attitude and are able to communicate and resolve issues promptly. The apartment is conveniently located, with complete living facilities nearby, making daily travel very easy. I especially like the view downstairs when it snows in winter—the snow covers the entire street, making it quiet and beautiful, and it feels very warm and healing. Overall, I am very satisfied with the living experience, and it is a student apartment worth recommending.
