What will happen to my deposit?
Your deposit will be deposited into a deposit protection scheme where it will be held securely throughout the academic year and will be returned to you at the end of the contract in accordance with the terms of the contract. The deposit you pay when you make your application cannot be used for instalments as this is secured by the Deposit Protection Scheme for the duration of your tenancy.

What do I need to bring when I move in?
When you come to collect your keys, you will need to bring some photo ID, such as a passport.
Will there be parking when I check in?

Are pets allowed?
Pets of any kind are not permitted except for registered assistance dogs.
Can I request to change rooms during my rental?
You will need to make a formal request to the accommodation team at the property you are living in. If you request a room change during the tenancy, you will also receive new documents confirming the room change details, which will need to be signed or accepted online. If your new room is more expensive, you and your guarantor are responsible for the higher rent from the date you get it.

Do I have to move out during the holidays?
Your room is yours for the entire contract period and you do not need to move out during study breaks.
Is it possible to book under 18 years old?
The property will accept your booking without any restrictions if you are over 18 in your first semester of university, or an adult over 18 must be a co-signer of your tenancy agreement and must accept the terms.
