What will happen to my deposit?
Your deposit will be deposited into a deposit protection scheme where it will be held securely throughout the academic year and will be returned to you at the end of the contract in accordance with the terms of the contract. What do I need to bring when I move in?

Can I request to change rooms during my rental?

The property will accept your booking without any restrictions if you are over 18 in your first semester of university, or an adult over 18 must be a co-signer of your tenancy agreement and must accept the terms.
