The apartment is great, the common areas are clean, there is breakfast on weekdays, the attitude of the front desk is also very good, and they will regularly check if there are any issues with the facilities. If there are any problems reported, they come to fix them very quickly.

The apartment is very nice. It has an excellent location, with Tesco and a Chinese supermarket right downstairs, and it’s close to both the university and the city center. Staff also come to clean every two weeks. However, the uhomes.com staff are really poor. After you book the room, they basically ignore you. You can chase them for a year and still not receive the cashback, and the amount is half less than what the apartment’s actual policy states.
The overall feeling of living here is quite nice. The apartment is close to the city center, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Parkinson building and around 15 minutes to the Business School, so there's usually no rush to get to class. What I'm most satisfied with is the sound insulation, which is much better than I previously imagined. I have a light sleep, but I can hardly hear any noise from next door, so my studying and resting are not disturbed. The only inconvenience I feel is that there is no central heating this winter, and I can only use an oil heater for warmth.
