The location is great. There’s a Tesco and a Chinese supermarket downstairs, as well as Morrisons. The view from the higher floors is also very good, and you can get sunlight. The apartment facilities are complete, but the heating in the room doesn’t work and there’s also a bit of an issue with the fridge. The soundproofing is okay. The apartment offers free breakfast and cleaning, which is very convenient. The front desk service is quite good, responsive to requests, and available 24 hours a day.

You can chase them for a year and still not receive the cashback, and the amount is half less than what the apartment’s actual policy states.

Hang Sing Hong is only one minute downstairs, and there are two or three UK supermarkets within two minutes, which is very convenient. The weekday breakfast is also very thoughtful, and the room is clean and cozy.
There is paint and glue-like residue on some corners of the walls and glass windows.
No other issues have been found for now. The furniture is complete and very good.

The overall feeling of living here is quite nice. The apartment is close to the city center, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Parkinson building and around 15 minutes to the Business School, so there's usually no rush to get to class. What I'm most satisfied with is the sound insulation, which is much better than I previously imagined. I have a light sleep, but I can hardly hear any noise from next door, so my studying and resting are not disturbed. The only inconvenience I feel is that there is no central heating this winter, and I can only use an oil heater for warmth.
