The surroundings are quiet and the traffic is very convenient. There is a Super League and a Tesco nearby. The internal structure of the room is very reasonable, and then it is also very warm, the conditions are very good, there is hot water supply all the year round.

Cancellation Policy

Details

Cooling Off Period
You have a 3 working day cooling off period.
Notice to cancel your contract for your accommodation must be sent by e-mail. The notice must reach us by the end of the 3rd working day after the day we confirm to you that your accommodation booking is concluded and before you collect your keys for your accommodation (check in), whichever is the sooner. If you validly cancel during the cooling off period, we will reimburse the security deposit fee and any pre-paid accommodation fees.

Cancellations before you have moved in
Outside of the cooling off period outlined above, you may request to cancel your accommodation contract by e-mail. A Termination of Tenancy payment of £75.00 will apply which we may deduct from your security deposit.
You will be required to find a replacement tenant, reasonably acceptable, to take over your accommodation contract. The site team will use reasonable endeavors to help you to find a replacement tenant but cannot guarantee that a replacement will be available. The team will assist in finding a replacement tenant, but this will only apply when all other rooms in the property are occupied*.
Please note: You remain responsible for all rent due as defined in your accommodation contract until a replacement tenant has been found for your accommodation. Once the replacement tenant has completed all the required documentation and made any payments that are due, we
will process the refund of your security deposit if applicable and refund any advance rent payments that may be due to you.

Termination Policy

Check-in Guide

Once you have received a confirmed contract and prior to your tenancy start date; you will receive information by email on what to do & expect when you arrive to check-in along with useful information. You will also be able to book your check-in appointment via this check-in email which you need to book before you arrive.

Please ensure before you arrive that your rent has been paid and is up to date in line with your Contract Agreement. The only time this will not apply is, if you have requested and received confirmation that your request to defer your rent in line with your student loan payment dates have been approved. (This only applies to 3 Termly payments).

Please don't forget to download the Mansion Student app from the Google Play or iOS store by searching for "mansionstudent" to manage your Tenancy and get the latest information from the site team.

Check-out Guide

What happens when I check out?
When it is time to checkout you can either make a checkout appointment for a room inspection with the Hospitality team or, you can leave your keys at a designated location, and we will inspect your room after your departure.

Please ensure that you complete the Checkout Inspection form before you leave. Please remember to leave your accommodation in the same condition as it was when you checked-in; clean and rubbish free, or extra charges may apply for damage/cleaning.

Can I check out before the end of my tenancy?
If you decide to check out before your contract ends then please let the onsite team know and we will arrange a room inspection before/after your departure. Please ensure that the room is clean as charges may apply.

Please note that if you wish to leave early you are still liable for the rent up to when your tenancy ends and no refunds will be issued.
