Very good. The elevator is convenient, though the speed varies. It is quite clean, and the front desk staff have a very good service attitude. There are Chinese staff members, and they are very friendly and patient. I stayed on the 10th floor; the room was quite spacious, and the bed was relatively large. This apartment is very close to the school—it only takes about 10 minutes to walk there.
There’s a gym, mahjong room, billiards, and pretty much everything else—the common areas are very well-equipped and perfect for chatting with friends. I’m very grateful to the front desk staff for their care and support. The location is unbeatable, making it very convenient to get to both the school and the city center. I feel truly lucky to have lived at Leonardo this year!

Every day, the afternoon sun streams into the living room, which feels especially healing. The appliances and furniture are all brand new and complete, and the neighbors are quiet too. Living here is very convenient, and it perfectly matches my idea of a cozy little home. Definitely deserves a positive review!
The room’s renovation is okay, but the soundproofing in the suite is relatively poor. There is a bar downstairs, so it gets very noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. It’s a bit better if you close the windows. Morrison is very close, and there is a gym, but the renovation smell is quite strong. The biggest drawback is having to deal with uhomes.com; this platform is really terrible.

Tesco is not far away either. In short, shopping is extremely, extremely convenient. Furthermore, their apartments have very large, wide, and deep tables, which are very useful! Totally recommend it! However, the sound insulation in their ensuite is quite poor, but it seems to be a common issue in many apartments. After all, general ensuite bedrooms are just separated by a wall. By the way, I recommend choosing a higher floor in building N, around 8 stories or above; if there are not many obstructions, the view will be really, really good (but it depends on the direction).

What is the cancellation policy?

We have a 5-day "cooling-off period." This means that if you need to cancel your booking, you can do so within 5 days of signing the rental agreement, as long as you haven't moved in yet. If you need to cancel after the cooling-off period, we will allow cancellations in certain cases, such as if your UK visa is refused or if you don't meet the academic requirements for your target university. Please ensure you provide a copy of your UCAS notification or visa refusal documents within 72 hours of receiving the notice. You can also transfer your lease to another suitable tenant. If a suitable replacement is found, we will conduct a qualification check, and once approved, they will take over the rental agreement.
