The apartment has air conditioning, is fully equipped, and is very quiet. It is about a ten-minute walk from the city center. The apartment staff also respond to emails very quickly. Overall, it is very convenient and comfortable, the price is very reasonable, and the room is also very spacious.
A really great room, quite close to the school. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city center, but the room is very spacious and has an especially good layout. Room 126 is about over 30 square meters. I lived there in my first year and was super happy. Highly recommend this room!!! Hope the next tenant will take good care of it.
Living in uhomes.com for a whole year has been a particularly satisfying experience. The room has good lighting, complete facilities, and it's very convenient for travel and shopping nearby. The platform's staff were attentive and responsible throughout the process, patiently explaining the contract before moving in, and quickly coordinating solutions to any issues with appliances and repairs during the stay, with a warm and patient attitude.Being in a foreign land and encountering such a reliable rental platform saves a lot of trouble, allowing for a safe and comfortable living experience. I genuinely recommend it to friends in need of rental housing.
Exchange Court is pretty good overall, with good soundproofing, complete facilities, fast internet, clean common areas, and a very nice front desk. I really like that my room has a partition between the kitchen and the bedroom. However, it is quite far from the school and the city center, and the air conditioning works on and off.
Vicky is very nice. There is a washing machine downstairs, and the apartment has air conditioning. Outside, some people in the nearby park seemed to be dealing drugs, and at night thieves also came in to steal things. Overall, it felt just average...
The room is well-equipped, and most importantly, there is air conditioning!! This year has been especially hot in the UK, so having air conditioning is really nice. It is not far from the school; it takes about ten minutes to walk, and there are also supermarkets nearby. Overall, it's not bad at all. The sound insulation is also good, as they are all studios.
Overall, it was just average. The facilities in the room often broke down, and no one came to fix them. Since it was a new apartment, the smell was also quite strong. When I first moved in, the reception service was average as well. For this price, it offers very poor value for money. It’s cold in winter and hot in summer; at least the air conditioning in my room didn’t really work.
The room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are excellent. The Chinese lady at the front desk is very warm-hearted and will help you solve any problems you encounter. It's about a 20-minute walk to the school. The public areas are clean. If you want to buy a delivery, it's very good; it will be delivered directly to the front desk downstairs for you to collect.
This rental experience was very smooth! The agent was professional and patient. As an international student, all my questions about the contract, studio facilities, and move-in process were explained very clearly, and messages were answered promptly. The apartment is very close to the University of Leeds, making commuting extremely convenient. After moving in, any minor issues were also followed up on and handled quickly. The entire signing and move-in process was hassle-free and smooth, with excellent service. Highly recommended!
Having air conditioning is great, especially in situations where other apartments don’t have it. In early May, it started getting hot in the UK, and the transition from heating to cooling was seamless, which was wonderful. However, it’s still a bit of a walk to the city center and the schools.

The house is great, and there's air conditioning. The front desk is also very good. Most of the roommates are Chinese. The microwave and oven are separate, which is a plus. Besides being a bit far from the city center and school, there are no other issues. It takes about three to four minutes to get to Coop, which is enough for daily shopping.

The apartment is very new, the Chinese front desk staff are nice, the location is okay, not far from the school and the city center, especially close to the train station, making it great for traveling. The biggest advantage should be the air conditioning; it is currently the only apartment in Leeds with air conditioning.
