The geographical location of Straits is really worth mentioning; it's the center of the universe, and it's very convenient to go anywhere. The city center is just a few minutes' walk away, and it's also close to the train station, making it super convenient to travel! The sound insulation is also very good; even though it's by the road, once you close the windows, there's basically no noise. Highly recommended!
Very close to the city center, it's basically around a five-minute walk to various supermarkets, making shopping very convenient.The apartment was built not long ago, and the facilities are relatively new. It is also very quiet inside the apartment.
Overall, it's quite good. The soundproofing effect is fairly good, and there isn't much noisy sound. There are three windows for ventilation, and the overall layout of the room is okay, which is convenient.
