The overall environment is quite nice, and I was pretty lucky with the room condition—it turned out well. Although the 1B is still relatively small overall, it’s enough for one person. The daily apartment activities are also quite varied, but the breakfast could be improved. Currently, Phase 6 only offers cold items like bread and toast. The front desk is occasionally unattended. Overall, the positives outweigh the minor shortcomings.
This apartment is in an excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from transportation hubs and the core business district. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby are fully available, making daily life very convenient. In terms of facilities, the appliances and furniture are fully equipped, and the in-unit washing machine in particular works very well, greatly enhancing the living experience. Although it faces the street, I found after moving in that the sound insulation is very good, and it is quiet at night. The overall environment is pleasant, the greenery inside the community is well maintained, the security system is strict yet user-friendly, and most public areas are well equipped to meet daily needs.
