The facilities are incredibly complete! The apartment not only offers delicious breakfast, but also has a study room, gym (even with a dedicated women’s fitness area, so working out on the equipment is no longer awkward), a billiards room, and an entertainment room. Elevator wait times are short, with three elevators available. The rooms have fresh air with no unpleasant odors, and the cleanliness is excellent. The front desk service is convenient, and the parcel room makes receiving and sending packages easy. Public areas are cleaned every week, and the hygiene standards are outstanding. It’s only a 10-minute walk to the city center and the University of Leeds, with a great location. Overall, the living experience is fantastic! Being able to enjoy this level of service and cleanliness at this price is truly great value for money—comfortable and convenient.

There are scratches on the wall by the bed and on the wall inside the entrance area. There may be scratches at the bottom inside the toilet. There are scratches on the gray wall by the study desk. There is thick, dirty ice inside the freezer compartment of the refrigerator that cannot be removed. The freezer door of the refrigerator can be completely taken off. The washing machine cabinet door and the cabinet door above the kitchen water pipes do not align properly when opening and closing. The faucet for the kitchen water pipe is rusty. The small table by the sofa is damaged. The TV is tilted and not straight. The wooden decoration at the head of the bed is damaged. There are clear scratches on the surfaces of both stovetops. Apart from this wear and tear, everything else is very good, and it is a very comfortable environment.
The room implementation is quite good and relatively new. The location is not far from the city center, and there is a Tesco convenience store a few minutes' walk nearby. If it weren't for policy changes, I would continue to stay. If there are issues with the furniture, they will come to repair it.
Very nice and spacious
The distance and location are also acceptable
The windows are large, and the room has fresh air
Choosing the Q3 apartments in Leeds is like striking gold! Living here, you truly realize that the convenience of downtown and the tranquility of residence can coexist.
The location is simply impeccable. It takes just a 5-minute walk to the train station, 10-15 minutes to reach the University of Leeds and the Business School, and only 8 minutes to the downtown shopping district. Nearby, supermarkets like Morrisons and Tesco are readily available, making everyday shopping and dining out incredibly convenient. What’s even more precious is its proximity to the Leeds Court, away from construction noise, providing a serene living experience amidst the hustle and bustle.
The room configuration perfectly meets my needs. The entire apartment is fully furnished, with everything you need – a bed, a desk, and a wardrobe, all available.
This apartment has a great location, only a five-minute walk to the subway station, with convenience stores and dining options nearby. The room has excellent lighting, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and the landlord is responsive with timely repairs. The cost-performance ratio is extremely high, strongly recommended!
Close to the city center, convenient for shopping, well-equipped rooms, and convenient.
