Highly recommend this Studio apartment, an ideal small home for solo dwellers! The overall space planning is particularly reasonable, the open layout is not at all oppressive, and the super-large floor-to-ceiling windows provide excellent lighting. During the day, it is filled with sunlight, and in the evening, you can enjoy the city night view. The hygiene throughout is very much up to standard, with no odors, and the bedding is soft and tidy. The independent wet and dry separated bathroom has stable water supply.<br>Appliances are well-equipped, the open small kitchen can be used for simple meals, and there is a washing machine, high-speed WiFi, and air conditioning. Storage cabinets are ample, ensuring your suitcase and miscellaneous items can be properly placed. The geographical location is excellent, close to metro stations and supermarkets, making shopping very convenient. The community security is solid, providing a strong sense of safety. The landlord/property management responds quickly, and the check-in and check-out processes are smooth, making it very suitable for both short-term stays and long-term living. I have already recommended it to friends, and I will choose this place again next time!

There’s a Chinese supermarket right downstairs, with discounts every Wednesday. There’s also breakfast, which makes life really nice. The front desk closes early, around 6:00 PM, and opens at 8:30 AM. It is closed on weekends. There is an office next door, so you can ask there directly if you need anything.
The room is fairly spacious, and basic facilities like hot water are fine.
The soundproofing is not very good, but only for noise from the hallway. The soundproofing between neighboring rooms is okay, but sounds from the hallway are very noticeable.

I went out for a few days in early June, and when I came back, the refrigerator had lost power. Everything inside had gone bad, and items worth around three to four thousand in total were all ruined. There was no compensation; someone just came to fix it, and they didn’t explain the reason. Everything else is okay, I guess.
The facilities are complete, the repair speed is okay, and there is breakfast in the morning.
Some facilities are broken and need repair, while the others are still usable.
