The cost-performance ratio is quite high, located in LS3, and close to the business school. It takes about a 5-minute walk downstairs to reach the convenience store, which is quite convenient, but it requires a certain walking distance to get to supermarkets like Morrisons.

The cost-performance ratio is quite high, located in LS3, and close to the business school. It takes about a 5-minute walk downstairs to reach the convenience store, which is quite convenient, but it requires a certain walking distance to get to supermarkets like Morrisons.
The fresh air in the room is a bit cold, and the elevator often encounters problems during fire alarms. However, the soundproofing is quite good, much better than the ensuite. You can hear noise from the main door, and the location is relatively poor; it’s quite far from the city center, and it takes more than twenty minutes to walk to the nearest supermarket. Also, regarding internet connectivity, sometimes the internet is quite poor. As for the facilities, the gym is very small; it gets crowded with just three or four people.
I lived at Burley Studios for a year, and the overall experience was very satisfactory. The dormitory is quite new, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete, making it very convenient after checking in. The internet speed has always been fast, whether for classes, work, or entertainment, everything is very smooth. The soundproofing is also very good, and I am generally not disturbed during my rest. The location is nice, and the staff are friendly, addressing issues promptly and responding to emails seriously! Overall, I had a very comfortable stay, and I recommend it to students coming to study in Leeds.
It's about the same distance from both the school and the city center, around a 15–20 minute walk. If you really don't feel like going out far for groceries, there's a Co-op supermarket just a 3-minute walk away.
The floor-to-ceiling windows are huge—you could even grow vegetables there.
The kitchen facilities are very complete, so cooking a big meal is no problem. The only downside is that the freezer compartment is a bit small and tends to ice up easily.
As for the bathroom, the shower area might be a little small, and there is only one showerhead, but it's still enough for daily use.
Because it's close to the road, you can hear the sound of traffic, though it's not very loud. Occasionally, someone may speed by.
If you live on a higher floor, the view is beautiful. South-facing rooms let you see the distant scenery and the sunset, which feels quite relaxing.
This apartment is well-equipped, featuring a private bathroom with separate wet and dry areas, a kitchen with an oven, and an in-unit washer-dryer, making daily laundry and cooking very convenient. The school is about a 13-minute walk away, and there is a Co-op supermarket nearby, making it easy to buy daily essentials. The apartment has good natural lighting, ample storage space, and all utilities, including water, electricity, and internet, are included, offering an overall pleasant living experience.
Facilities: Pretty good, the washing machine is particularly useful. The overall style is Morandi green, and the room has good lighting as it faces south.
Location: Although it's not in the city center, there is a bus stop downstairs, and there is a coop nearby to meet basic needs.
Although this studio is not very large, the layout is very well designed, with clear separation between the living and resting areas, making it completely sufficient for one person. What I like most are the large floor-to-ceiling windows, which provide excellent natural light, so there is basically no need to turn on the lights during the day. It is equipped with a washer-dryer combo and an induction cooktop, making daily life very convenient. There is a convenience store and a subway station just a five-minute walk away, so both transportation and everyday living are very convenient. Overall, living here gives me a strong sense of happiness.
Very good. The new apartment is very clean, and the front desk staff are also very friendly. I was very satisfied with my experience living at Burley Studios, and I highly recommend it to international students in Leeds. The apartment is in an excellent location, just a little over ten minutes’ walk to the University of Leeds, and it is also very convenient to get to the city center. There are plenty of convenience stores downstairs, making daily shopping and commuting easy and hassle-free.
The room is a private studio layout, newly renovated with great natural light. The large floor-to-ceiling windows make the room bright and spacious. The interior is fully equipped, with a private kitchen including an oven and microwave, so you can cook for yourself. Each room also has its own washer-dryer, so there is no need to compete for a shared laundry room, which is especially convenient. With a private bathroom, double bed, large study desk, and ample storage space, you can move in with just your luggage. Utilities and internet are all included in the rent, saving a lot of trouble with separate bills.
The apartment has comprehensive shared facilities, including a gym, study room, and media/activity room, meeting both study and leisure needs. The front desk can receive parcels on your behalf, and the access control and surveillance systems are complete, giving a strong sense of security. The staff are friendly, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. Overall, the living environment is quiet and comfortable, with excellent value for money. It is very suitable for students who want an independent and private living environment, and it is a great choice for student accommodation while studying abroad.
Great, the apartment has a nice atmosphere and well-equipped facilities.

The sound insulation is pretty good; closing the window significantly reduces noise. The internet speed is a bit poor, and there’s no 24-hour security. Do not forget to bring the room card. The independent washer-dryer is really nice, and there’s a small gym downstairs. It is quite close to the classes and the city center.

The overall rental experience was great. The room was clean and tidy, with good natural light, and the actual condition was basically consistent with the photos. The surrounding environment was relatively quiet, with complete living facilities, making daily shopping and transportation very convenient. The landlord communicated promptly and patiently responded to any questions. The check-in and check-out processes were also very smooth. The property facilities were fairly complete, making the stay comfortable and reassuring. It offered good value for money and was a very satisfying rental experience.

The room had no unpleasant odors, getting around was very convenient, and I never encountered any issues with the elevator being out of order. The only thing is that shopping might be a little far from the city center, but it’s not a problem—there’s a Co-op nearby.

There are supermarkets nearby, such as Tesco, Sainsbury's, and Waitrose, making it convenient to buy groceries and daily necessities. There are also Chinese supermarkets, milk tea shops, Chinese restaurants, and coffee shops nearby, all within walking distance.

The public areas are pretty good, with complete and well-equipped facilities.
But the hot water is very unstable (especially on high floors). During peak times, there may be no water while showering, completely lacking that or in drips.
