The apartment facilities are very new and pretty good. The only thing is that the reception downstairs is not always staffed, so it can be inconvenient if something urgent comes up. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the city center and 20–25 minutes to the school. There’s a Tesco nearby, which makes shopping convenient, and it’s not far from a large supermarket either. Daily life is quite convenient overall, and I would still recommend it.
New apartments, the facilities are all good, with central air conditioning in the public areas!! There are separate washer-dryer units, as well as a dishwasher, a fully integrated large refrigerator, and fresh air ventilation, with kitchen cleaning every two weeks. The mattress is very comfortable, and the apartment provides a mattress cover. Downstairs there is a coffee machine, and you can also get hot water to brew tea. The south-facing light is very good, I’m not sure about the north-facing, the sound insulation is quite good, and the drainage system is also quite smooth.
25 years is quite good, starting from the summer vacation of the 26th year, the construction on the neighboring site is underway.
