The environment is great, and the facilities are very new. In particular, the drains are very clean, and the soundproofing is excellent—even living by the roadside, you can’t hear the noise outside. There are radiators, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a TV. Aldi and a large Chinese supermarket are right downstairs, which is very convenient. The front desk staff are all very friendly, and I’m very satisfied with the move-in experience. The gym is fully equipped, the laundry room has plenty of machines, and the trash room is very clean.
Pretty good, Facilities: plentiful The Fabric Works is a bit far out, but it's convenient to walk to the University of Leeds and the city center. The apartment facilities are modern, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the common areas are clean and tidy. The management team responds quickly, making the overall living experience comfortable and reassuring.
The layout of the apartment rooms is very neat, with brand-new furniture and appliances, and ample storage space. The air circulation and light on the garden side are also very good, making it comfortable and pleasant to live in. The public areas are regularly cleaned and maintained by staff, keeping them tidy and fresh. The facilities are comprehensive, accommodating both fitness and yoga as well as study and entertainment. The apartment staff are very warm and friendly, patiently and meticulously answering any questions and addressing issues promptly. Overall, the apartment is quiet and not noisy, with good sound insulation in the rooms, offering a safe, warm, and comfortable living experience.
The room is very new, the lobby is very clean, and the facilities are also good. It’s not too far from the school, and the staff are very patient. There is a large Chinese supermarket and an ALDI near the apartment, so shopping is very convenient. It’s also very close to the bus station, about a 10-minute walk away.
Overall, the apartment is pretty good, but when I moved in, there were water stains on the floor, and the bathroom was not particularly clean. Also, the shower door used to keep water from splashing out could not close because the door frame was crooked, which meant the door could not be fully shut and water could easily leak out. These minor issues should be reported to the staff and resolved quickly before or after moving in. The elevator is quite convenient, and the waiting time is not too long. The community center has greenery and a small park. There is an uphill road to the supermarket. The room is still quite spacious, and the staff are professional. If you report any issues, they will patiently help resolve them.
Facilities: Complete Internet Speed: Acceptable Soundproofing: Quite Good Location: Average Distance from School
