This Glassworks apartment is amazing! The transportation is very convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete. The apartment environment is great. The gym is also nice, very impressive.
Suitable for work reading, comfortable decoration, and no peculiar smell.<br>Public areas are relatively tidy, and the greenery is very good.<br>Elevators are convenient, with minimal waiting time.<br>Hot water supply is sufficient, only occasionally will there be a water outage.<br>There are access controls and monitoring, if someone is too noisy at night, the front desk can be cancelled, and the front desk will help resolve it.<br>Free breakfast is available in the morning, and there is a free coffee machine available all day.<br>There is an induction cooker in the room, and each floor also has two public kitchens, which can be used with gas.

It's about a 15-minute walk to the design college, and there’s a park behind the apartment, which is great for walks. The apartment facilities are quite comprehensive; you can play video games, pool, and Mahjong, there’s KTV, a cinema, and a gym, plus there are events every month. However, the sound insulation is not very good, and you can always hear the neighbors talking. It's too far from the city center, requiring a bus to get there.

The pros and cons are evident. The advantage is that the prices are relatively cheap compared to the city center, and the public kitchen with open flames and gas stoves is very quiet, suitable for those who prefer solitude. The downside is the remote location, requiring nearly half an hour of walking to school. To reach the city center, you can only take the bus, train, or a taxi. The nearest large supermarket, Australia Supermarket, is a 15-minute walk away. It is in the opposite direction from the majority of other students after class, so if you have a strong social need, it's not recommended to come here.
There is a coop near the apartment, and there is also a convenience store and gas station nearby, making life quite convenient. However, it is a bit far from the city center, about four to five bus stops away. The apartment offers a variety of activities every week, and breakfast is available every day at eight. The sound insulation is not very good; some of my friends have complained that the soundproofing is just average.

You should promote glassworks without directly saying it is a 7-star apartment with a full studio layout. Instead, mention that there are 3 communal kitchens on each floor, equipped with gas stoves. You should say that free fresh vegetables are provided every Friday, that there is unlimited breakfast available every day, and that there are saunas, a cinema, karaoke rooms, and a game hall. Also, you should point out that there is a subway restaurant just 10 meters away from the entrance.
