Very close to the supermarket, there are three British supermarkets and the largest Chinese supermarket next door, which is very suitable for shopping. The room has 20 square meters of storage space, and the lighting from the oversized floor-to-ceiling windows is very good.
Breakfast is served from Monday to Friday, with croissants, bread slices, yogurt, and the like, which is nice. The light is abundant, and there is plenty of hot water. It's warm even in winter, but slightly hot in summer.

The 24-hour front desk that was promised is mostly not staffed, and whether you can call someone depends entirely on luck. I reported maintenance issues but they always delayed coming to fix it; when I didn't request maintenance, they would enter without prior notice. I received an inexplicable notice from the staff about fines, but there are no relevant rules and fine items. The cleaning staff sometimes take liberties while cleaning.
