Be cautious and do not trust any third-party provided bank accounts. Finally, ensure the full rent amount is received, and send the remittance receipt to the apartment for accounting purposes.

If you wish to terminate the lease, you must notify the consultant or the apartment in writing, and you must fill out the apartment&#x27;s transfer form. You will continue to be responsible for the rent until a new tenant is found or the lease term ends, whichever comes first. We cannot guarantee finding other tenants, as this clearly becomes increasingly difficult as the academic year progresses.
