The apartment has good facilities, with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. The heating and hot water faucet are also quite warm. The only downside is that the exhaust fan is quite noisy.

The facilities are comprehensive. There is a gym and laundry, but doing laundry is a bit expensive. Inside the dormitory, there are ovens, microwaves, refrigerators, and induction cookers. The private bathrooms have filtered showerheads. The internal space is sufficient except for room A. There are plenty of lockers. The front desk staff are warm and friendly, and problems can generally be resolved through communication.

Lived here for a while and found the overall cost performance to be acceptable; the price is relatively friendly compared to similar student apartments. Although the room isn't particularly large, it has all the necessary facilities, so daily use is not an issue. The internet speed is stable, and browsing and watching videos are quite smooth, which I am pretty satisfied with. The sound insulation is average. Overall, it is quite suitable for students who have a decent budget but still want to live comfortably.
