Great location, friendly and responsible reception, a very nice place.
The environment is very clean, and the facilities are complete, with a microwave and an induction cooker in the kitchen.
Rare in the trio ensuite / Red brick cultural relic protection unit / Enthusiastic maintenance worker mate / Facilities are very average / Close to the South Campus and the supermarket A good place, right next to Michelin and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra for five pounds.
Overall, I've been satisfied with living here for two years. The staff are very friendly, and aside from the manager not being very attentive, everyone else is great. Occasionally, there are events that provide catering for celebrations and gatherings. The rooms are quite comfortable, although the water heater broke twice, it was repaired in a timely manner. All in all, I have fond memories of it, and it's super close to the school with a nice environment around, making it relatively clean and safe.
