All iQ apartments are equipped with closed-circuit television monitoring systems and on-site security personnel are on call 24 hours a day. And each apartment building is equipped with smart access control. Tenants are not allowed to open the door for non-tenants of the apartment.

Please note that this is the only case where the booking fee, or deposit (in Scotland only) is refundable.

However, the apartment is very close to the school and various facilities, so there is no special need to drive. If you do need to arrange a parking space, please contact the management team of your apartment as soon as possible so that it can be reserved for you (as parking spaces are in high demand).
