The apartments are equipped with basic furniture and appliances, while the common areas include facilities. The apartment is in an excellent location, with supermarkets within walking distance. The most important thing is that the apartment is close to the bus station, and students can quickly reach educational institutions such as the University of Manchester, Manchester Metropolitan University and INTO Manchester.

Features

Allen Court Manchester offers three different accommodation options that are ideal for modern student living. En-suite rooms offer private bedrooms and bathrooms within a shared living space, striking the perfect balance between privacy and community involvement. The studio is ideal for those who prefer to be alone, with rooms containing private kitchens and study areas, allowing students to allocate freely. One-bedroom apartments are the most luxurious living option, offering unique and spacious living spaces for those who prefer a homely environment.

Allen Court student accommodation also offers a wealth of facilities within the communal areas, with a pool table in the centre of the hall, a hub for friendly competition and camaraderie, and a state-of-the-art cinema room next to it, ideal for a relaxing evening. The practical needs of students are also catered for, with a dedicated laundry room providing convenience and secure bike storage protecting students' property. The lounge serves as a social centre where students can relax and socialise with fellow students, while the study rooms provide a peaceful haven for those focused on their studies.

Location and What's Hot?

Students at Allen Court never have to worry about restocking their groceries, with a variety of supermarkets within a short walk from the household name Iceland to the exotic Kamal's Asian grocery store to the convenient SPAR, and for food lovers, there's also a wide range of eateries on offer. Burger & Co and Side Street Burgers offer mouth-watering dishes, while Tzatziki's offers vibrant Mediterranean flavours. Find a chair in the cosy, traditional surroundings of the Squirrels after your meal, or head to the HandleBar to sample a selection of beers. For a lively nightlife experience, The Studio Bar is the perfect choice.

Aside from the amenities, the best thing about the area around Allen Court is that it is filled with parks of outstanding natural beauty. Platt Fields Market Garden is a haven for lovers of home-grown produce, where sustainable farming can be learnt about and appreciated. For sports enthusiasts, Platt Lane Sports Centre and The Armitage Sports Centre offer first-class facilities that encourage students to stay active and fit.

Transport

Students at Allen Court are just a short 12-minute bus journey to the University of Manchester and 15 minutes to Manchester Metropolitan University. INTO Manchester and BPP University Manchester Campus are just 20 minutes away by bus from here. Alternatively, students travelling to other cities can simultaneously get to Manchester Oxford Road train station.

The living environment is comfortable (far away from the downtown area), and the room equipment is all up-to-date. The network is a problem, and it was disconnected for several days in a row; and it is a bit far to go to school. It is recommended to buy a bus annual pass, and it is recommended to live in a studio.
