We will Your prepaid rent and deposit will be fully refunded after verifying that the materials are correct.

After 00:00 Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) on August 1, 2024, please contact us within 48 hours after the official announcement is issued and provide us with official proof of visa refusal. You can sublease according to the contract, and we will waive all sublease fees in this case.

The plan in this statement is only applicable to tenants who meet the following conditions at the same time. Other tenants should still perform the original contract:
1) A formal house rental contract has been signed;
2) The rent and deposit have been paid on time, with no overdue fees;
3) The lease term starts later than September 1, 2024;
4) The key has not been collected yet.
