The overall experience after moving in really exceeded expectations. The most obvious point is the sound insulation, which is really much better than all the places I lived in during my three years in university. It gets so quiet at night that sometimes I doubt I'm the only one on the whole floor. The room and common facilities are all quite new and very pleasant to use, especially having a dishwasher really adds points, making daily life much more convenient. Currently, all the available units are in completed buildings, so students don't need to worry about the mess outside. We inspected the site and found that most of the scaffolding has been removed. The new Building D is now having its glass installed, so there shouldn't be too much noise. Regarding the formaldehyde issue, it's compliant with the standards for residents in the UK before being rented out, so there's no need to be concerned. The students who have already moved in, including those in ensuite rooms, have not reported any sound insulation problems, so it won't affect your daily study and rest.
