The overall renovation is very nice, and the lobby is quite impressive. However, the water was cut off several times, there was no hot water on several occasions, or the water suddenly stopped without any notice. The internet is slightly unstable, and the TV screen casting often disconnects, so you can prepare an HDMI cable yourself. When I moved in, the cleaning wasn’t done particularly thoroughly, and the fridge was still a little dirty. The soundproofing is indeed pretty good. It’s relatively close to supermarkets, and after moving in, two new supermarkets opened downstairs. There are also frequent events in the lobby. The room comes with a kettle and a toaster, which is quite thoughtful. The front desk is basically available 24 hours a day, and if anything comes up, it’s quick to go downstairs and ask for help. Although I lost parcels twice, they were eventually found. If you decide to stay here, just enjoy your life in Manchester! Everything can be solved.

Facilities: The apartment facilities are quite good overall, with a gym and a study room. Internet speed: The internet is pretty fast as long as you’re not gaming. Soundproofing: It’s among the better ones for apartments, and I’m very satisfied. Cleanliness: Someone regularly cleans the common areas, and you can also borrow a vacuum cleaner from the front desk.

It's okay, the elevator occasionally breaks down, the heating isn't very warm, and there are power and water outages. But overall, it's fine. The windows can be opened, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provide good lighting. It's not perfect, but I'm still satisfied overall.

The security is very comprehensive, with access control at both the main entrance and the elevators. Shopping downstairs is convenient, with both Chinese and British supermarkets. The apartment facilities are great, with many entertainment amenities, but there are frequent water and hot water outages. The room is nicely decorated, but the desk is too small and there aren’t enough desks. The soundproofing is good.

The living experience was great. The apartment as a whole is well maintained and feels very new, and the room was clean and tidy, with fairly complete furniture and facilities. What I liked most was the sound insulation and the stable internet, which meant my studying and resting were not affected. The staff also handled issues in a timely manner, and the common areas were always kept in good condition. The surrounding area is convenient for daily life, and transportation is also very accessible. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I would recommend it to my friends.

It's pretty good overall, except for occasional water and power outages. Since there is renovation going on downstairs, it can be a bit noisy, but the inside of the room is very clean. Picking up packages is very convenient, and if you have heavy items, there are carts downstairs that you can use.

I stayed at Square Gardens for a while, and overall the experience was good. The location is very convenient, close to both Oxford Road and the city center, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the main entrance of the University of Manchester. The apartment facilities are relatively new, and the common areas are great. The gym, study areas, and shared spaces are all quite clean. The staff are friendly, though the efficiency in handling issues could still be improved. The room isn’t particularly large, but the natural light and ventilation are good, and the window can be opened.

I live in a studio. The facilities are okay, and the environment is relatively quiet. It feels quite safe living alone. Picking up packages and things like that is fairly convenient. However, since I moved in, there have been three times when there was no hot water, and the apartment was very slow to resolve the issue. This is really not good—during the middle of winter, I almost froze in the bathroom. Also, the curtains still let in some light, which is not very friendly for people who are sensitive to light when sleeping. Overall, after living here for this long, I’d give it a 6 out of 10.

Hot water is often available, and the place is clean and tidy. The lobby has air conditioning in the summer, making it a good place to cool off. The sound insulation between rooms is very good except for the doors. The front desk staff are professional. Two new supermarkets have opened downstairs. The bathrooms are clean, parking is convenient, the furniture is nicely arranged, there is plenty of natural light, the greenery is good, and the study room is nice. My roommate is a poet. It’s a very good room, and I hope everyone comes to stay here.
