The security measures in the dormitory building are in place, with 24-hour security and card access, making it quite safe to live here.
The room size is moderate, with complete basic facilities, equipped with heating, a desk, a wardrobe, etc., but some of the room facilities are a bit outdated, such as the kitchen equipment which seems somewhat old, and hot water can occasionally be unstable. The cleanliness of the common areas sometimes depends on the quality of the roommates, but the staff comes to clean once a week.

If you have a need for early check-in, please contact your consultant. If there are available apartments with the corresponding lease term, you can arrange for early check-in after agreeing to the additional rent.
When is the deadline for paying rent?
The rent due date can be found in the contract. Log into your Dwell account, open the drop-down menu, and click on the Message option to view your contract. Make sure to pay the corresponding amount before the date shown under Due Date. If you choose to pay by bank wire transfer, please note that international wire transfers are not instant and need to be initiated at least one week in advance.
