It's okay, the after-sales response is quite timely, and the attitude is also reasonable. The apartment has just been renovated this year, and the items are pretty new. The location is also good, situated between the school and the city center, offering great value! The front desk service is also very good, overall I would still recommend it.
The service is responsible, the attitude is friendly and swift, very satisfied. The room is well-lit, the air is also great, which is very suitable for international students to live in. There are also more opportunities to communicate with foreign roommates. If needed again, I will definitely choose this again.
The kitchen space is quite ample for three people; the kitchen is quite large. The room is a bit small, but it's enough for one person. The front desk service attitude is good, but sometimes they might be briefly unavailable.
The equipment is special, and there are many activity rooms, gyms, cinemas, KTV, and billiard halls. Moreover, the safety is particularly high.
Overall, the experience at PG was very good. The facilities are relatively complete, and it is very close to both the school and the city center, within walking distance, saving on transportation costs. There are also nearby supermarkets like Zhongchao and Tesco downstairs, making for a very satisfactory stay!

The soundproofing is poor, the space lacks fluidity, the facilities are old and often have issues, the internet speed is acceptable, but it is really hard to find any definite advantages; I hope improvements can be made.
The location is great, and many students from Manchester live here. The front desk is usually staffed, which is very convenient.

How to pay rent at Parkway Gate?
There are two ways to pay the apartment rent, online payment or bank wire transfer 1. For online payment, please log in to the Account of Unite Students, click the Payments page, enter the rent amount to be paid in the dialog box, click the Pay button, and enter the payment card information. If it is a British savings card, select the Debit card type (the corresponding Billing address needs to be changed to a British address), if it is a Chinese credit card, select the Credit card type (the billing address remains the domestic address) 2. For bank wire transfer, please log in to the Account of Unite Students and click Booking page, download the Bank Transfer Info file, communicate with the bank in advance, and bring the corresponding materials to the bank counter or self-service money transfer machine for remittance. In the remittance postscript, please fill in the personal reservation information (refer to the content required in the bank_tranfer_info file). The wire transfer does not arrive in real time , please be sure to wire transfer 1-2 weeks before the deadline to ensure that the funds arrive on time. Since the bank will charge a cross-border payment service fee, please pay the required rent + service fee when paying the fee to ensure that the full amount arrives.
