It's okay, the after-sales response is quite timely, and the attitude is also reasonable. The apartment has just been renovated this year, and the items are pretty new. The location is also good, situated between the school and the city center, offering great value! The front desk service is also very good, overall I would still recommend it.

I’m still about to move into my accommodation , but even before moving in, I already feel like choosing UHomes was the right decision! A special shoutout to Shubham Dhamapurkar Sir for being such a great help throughout the process. He has always been extremely humble, polite and patient, no matter how many questions or doubts I had. He was always there to guide and support me whenever needed.The whole experience so far has been smooth and reassuring, and I’m genuinely excited to finally move in and begin this new chapter! Thank you, UHomes and especially Shubham Sir, for making the process so easy and comfortable!

The nearby SG is much better for the same price. The room’s soundproofing is also poor. I recommend thinking carefully before booking.
