All the apartments are located in the city center, very close to the university, and are easily accessible by public transportation. At the same time, the developers considered the environmental impact of cars when constructing the apartment buildings. Therefore, due to the apartments' prime location and transportation advantages, none of the apartments have parking lots. Moreover, in certain residential areas of the apartments (such as Exeter), parking is prohibited within 1.5 kilometers of the dormitory area.

When is the rent payment deadline?
Log in to the student portal of the apartment and check your payment plan on the booking page. Additionally, the apartment will provide a contract with details marked on it, and after successfully booking, the apartment will send a contract to the student's email. Be sure to save it!
