Vita Student First Street is one of the few student flats in the UK with air-conditioning that can be adjusted to a minimum of 18 degrees and a maximum of 30 degrees. The flat is designed with a partition between the bed and the kitchen to block out grease and smoke. There is a bedside lamp above the bed, and the storage space under the bed and wardrobe are partitioned. There are plugs in the storage space behind the mirror in the bathroom and the shower has two showers that can be changed. The desk is double-tier and can be pulled out for separate use; there are shelves above the desk and storage below.
