At MossCourt, we are committed to providing a first-class service with a focus on ensuring that our students feel at home in a safe and comfortable environment. Our student residences are equipped with Wi-Fi for seamless online learning and communication. For the peace of mind of our residents, we also monitor our student residences 24/7 via a CCTV system to ensure the highest level of security.
The deposit is £150 which will be converted to a refundable damage deposit when the tenancy begins. The deposit will be registered and kept through My Deposit Scheme (a third-party organization recognized by the British government to keep the deposit), and will be refunded upon check-out according to the damage of the room facilities.

Can I smoke inside the room?
The apartment is non-smoking for safety reasons and has smoke alarms. If you need to smoke, please ask the front desk of the apartment where the corresponding smoking area is located.
Can I keep pets inside the apartment?
No, no pets are allowed in the apartment.
Can I choose a roommate?
If you are not booking in a group, you can note your request for roommates to the apartment to help you match suitable roommates
Do I need to pay property taxes?
If you are an eligible full-time student, you will be exempt from paying housing tax.
