The deposit is £150 which will be converted to a refundable damage deposit when the tenancy begins. The deposit will be registered and kept through My Deposit Scheme (a third-party organization recognized by the British government to keep the deposit), and will be refunded upon check-out according to the damage of the room facilities.

A UK guarantor is required if you wish to pay your rent in installments; any student without a UK guarantor must choose to pay in full.

Students who need to check in early, please contact your consultant teacher. If there are vacancies in the apartment for the corresponding lease period, you can arrange early check-in after accepting the contract and paying extra rent
Can I smoke inside the room?
The apartment is non-smoking for safety reasons and has smoke alarms. If you need to smoke, please ask the front desk of the apartment where the corresponding smoking area is located.
Can I keep pets inside the apartment?
No, no pets are allowed in the apartment.
Can I choose a roommate?
If you are not booking in a group, you can note your request for roommates to the apartment to help you match suitable roommates
Do I need to pay property taxes?
If you are an eligible full-time student, you will be exempt from paying housing tax.
