Before move-in, a thorough cleaning of the entire property was arranged, and the appliances were inspected and confirmed to be in good condition in advance. During my stay, there was a minor issue with the water pipe, and after I contacted the platform, a repair technician came the same day to fix it. When moving out, the property inspection process went smoothly, and after confirming there was no damage, the deposit was returned on time via the original payment method. The customer service team was patient, all kinds of issues were resolved efficiently, the property coverage was extensive, and the coordination process was hassle-free. Renting from another location was very worry-free, and I will prioritize uhomes.com again if I need to rent in the future.

Having air conditioning is unbeatable! The apartment is conveniently located with complete transportation and living facilities nearby. The room is clean and tidy, with good lighting and relatively complete facilities. The front desk and staff are enthusiastic in their service, making for a comfortable check-in experience. Overall, the cost performance is good, and I highly recommend it.
The elevator is not very convenient. You can't press the elevator button inside; you must press it outside and then wait for the distribution of which ABC elevator to enter. It's a very old setup, and you have to wait longer when there are many people. As for the renovations, it might indeed take a long time. The lobby on the first floor feels a bit old, but the rooms are still okay. The public areas don't seem to be cleaned very densely, but they do get cleaned. The location is quite good; it's close to the train station and public transport, but you can hear the noise from the train on the lower floors. As one of the few apartments in Manchester with air conditioning, it's really okay in the summer and winter, as the temperature is quite comfortable.

How to pay rent?

There are two ways to pay the apartment rent, online payment or bank wire transfer 1. For online payment, please log in to the Account of Unite Students, click the Payments page, enter the rent amount to be paid in the dialog box, click the Pay button, and enter the payment card information. If it is a British savings card, select the Debit card type (the corresponding Billing address needs to be changed to a British address), if it is a Chinese credit card, select the Credit card type (the billing address remains the domestic address) 2. For bank wire transfer, please log in to the Account of Unite Students and click Booking page, download the Bank Transfer Info file, communicate with the bank in advance, and bring the corresponding materials to the bank counter or self-service money transfer machine for remittance. In the remittance postscript, please fill in the personal reservation information (refer to the content required in the bank_tranfer_info file). The wire transfer does not arrive in real time , please be sure to wire transfer 1-2 weeks before the deadline to ensure that the funds arrive on time. Since the bank will charge a cross-border payment service fee, please pay the required rent + service fee when paying the fee to ensure that the full amount arrives.
