If you go to Queen Durham Campus, the bus commute is basically 40-60 minutes. And the location is basically in the city center, with many large and various small Asian supermarkets around, which is very convenient. There are basically all the facilities that apartments should have. The key point is that as a social apartment, it is really good to have water and electricity. Overall, it is still very satisfactory.
