2 Bedroom Flats to Rent in Nottingham

I'm very satisfied with the service provided by uHomes. The support team is attentive professional, and caring. Whenever I had questions or concerns, they responded very quickly even when I messaged outside of working hours. I would especially like to thank Ms Thanh Nhàn for taking such great care of me throughout the entire process. She was careful and always made the effort to find the best possible options that suited my needs. She explained everything clearly and made me reassured when making decisions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an agency for student accommodation

BW is not close to either UoN campus, it takes over 30 minutes to walk. The nearby bus service has only one route, Skylink, with a waiting time of over 20 minutes per ride. British buses are often not on time, so you can't fully rely on them for school. The apartment is located near a wealthy area, which is relatively safe. The best part here is that it is by the river, with south-facing rooms overlooking the river, offering great views. North-facing apartments face the street and have no river view. There are large supermarkets and paid gyms nearby, making life convenient. The apartment is new and clean, not very big, and there aren't many people around. There is a small gym and a large communal kitchen downstairs for gatherings. I really like it here.

P'Timi have helped me every process of finding accommodation in Nottingham and suggest me the best solutions when problems have happened. I feel comfortable talking to her and give me a confidence that i can live here for 9 months with happiness, safe and getting any support.

I was kinda struggle with finding a suitable accommodation at first. Then Uhomes supported me a lot, especially Ms. Thanh Binh. She even worked mostly 24/7 to response our questions. She helped me with my 5 other friends to find a good private flat.

Agency is very dedicated, I have a lot of requirements but the house must be cheap. However, Ms Binh Truong of Uhomes did a great job in finding a house for me in just 48 hours. After 5 days in the UK, I am relatively satisfied with my home. Thank you Uhomes in general and Ms Binh Truong in particular for helping me save time looking for a house in Nottingham, UK.

I had an absolutely amazing experience booking my accommodation through uhomes, and a huge part of that was because of Kshitij! ⭐️ From the very beginning, Kshitij was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and supportive. He was with me throughout the entire process and made everything so much easier and stress-free. He always responded to my questions, guided me whenever I was confused, and genuinely made sure that everything went smoothly. What I appreciated the most was how approachable and caring he was. He never made me feel like I was asking too many questions and was always willing to help, even with the smallest details. His professionalism, dedication, and friendly attitude really stood out to me. I'm genuinely so grateful for all his help and support. Kshitij is an absolute gem, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for accommodation through uhomes. He truly went above and beyond, and I couldn't have asked for a better agent! ❤️ Thank you so much, Kshitij, for making the entire accommodation process such a smooth and pleasant experience! 😊

My overall experience staying at Clarendon Street this time was excellent. The apartment was fully equipped with all kinds of facilities, and everything was well maintained, making daily living very convenient. The room's internet connection was stable and smooth, with no issues whether I was looking up information online, communicating virtually, or streaming shows for leisure. The soundproofing was especially impressive—noise from the street outside was barely noticeable, and the room was very quiet, allowing for a good rest. The room was clean and tidy, offering a high level of comfort. The location was convenient for getting around, with complete amenities nearby. The staff responded promptly, and any issues could be resolved quickly. Overall, it offered great value for money and is very suitable for both short-term stays and temporary accommodation. Highly recommended—I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

I've had a really great experience living at IQ Signal Place so far! Since moving in, everything has been great, from the facilities and amenities to the overall living environment. The Wi-Fi has been reliable, which is especially important for studying and keeping up with university work, and the facilities have made settling in very comfortable and convenient. The accommodation has provided a pleasant living experience so far.

Very good! The front desk's attitude towards us is also very good! There is a cashback after check-in even in a foreign land!

1. The studio layout is comfortable, with the open kitchen a certain distance from the bed, and the range hood is very effective; the area is over 23 square meters.
2. Equipped with a TV and sofa, the double bed is comfortable.
3. Includes a dining table and vanity.
4. Features floor-to-ceiling windows.
5. Convenient transportation, with a direct tram/station and bus station within five minutes, very close to the city center (the fastest direct route takes 10 minutes); it takes less than 20 minutes by tram to reach the park campus entrance.
6. Repair speed is very fast; repairs can generally be completed within a week at most, and at the fastest within three days.

The room setup is very good, with a separate laundry machine. The apartment service is great and the staff's efficiency is also high, very nice!

Super high cost performance apartment! Share all facilities with nova, and there is a direct bus to the jubilee campus, only a few steps away from the city center, really convenient :D The front desk is really super super super nice, will help you solve all problems, and is very good to chat with, full 🌟 positive reviews!!

Miss Chen is very professional and patient. She has helped me solve my apartment rental problems in a timely manner several times, allowing me to move into a satisfactory place.

A studio with its own washing machine! It's really nice to have your own washing machine!

This apartment is very nice, the location is very convenient, the foreign agency is very enthusiastic, the service is excellent, and they respond to my messages in a timely manner. Moreover, the cost-performance ratio of this apartment is really high, I am very happy!!

The location is convenient, the price is affordable, the environment is clean and tidy, the apartment service attitude is good, and it is well-equipped. I will recommend it to other friends.

Honestly, this apartment is really good, especially quiet, suitable for people who enjoy peace. The front desk staff is especially nice. The apartment is very safe, with multiple access controls. There is a room for parking bicycles, and there are also access controls. The location is great, just a three-minute walk to the train station. I love this apartment.

The location is very good and convenient, the apartment is spacious with great facilities, and it offers good value for money. I am satisfied in every way.

I am one of the first residents, and as the only apartment in Da Nuo Village with a private washing machine, the orbital is awesome! I was scared when I had to pay the rent all at once in the country, but it was so smooth to just get the keys directly from the front desk and check in, haha! The check-in process was very seamless, and it's not far to walk to the City Center and Jubilee campus. The bus stops 28 and 34, 36 right at the door can take you to the park and Jubilee. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The studio I live in is quite good in all aspects. Wow, this was all two years ago, such an unforgettable experience, sob sob sob!

Very good! I really like it! Living in a private space by myself is really great. There are so many conflicts and noisy arguments with roommates around. Moreover, during the pandemic, some roommates were diagnosed with COVID-19, which made me really anxious. — However, some people think that living alone might be very lonely, but I still believe there are many ways to make friends and socialize without necessarily sacrificing personal space.
