The facilities are very new, after all, it's a new apartment, and the front desk is quite nice. The apartment maintenance is convenient, receiving parcels is also easy, and there are public spaces in the gym. The laundry room is fine too. However, the only downside is that the sound insulation isn't very good. Also, many people like to throw parties... Everyone knows who it is; someone will knock on the door, and people play in the hallway, causing noise at midnight.
The environment is good, the facilities are new, transportation is convenient, and there are many shops nearby.
Very close to the school, life is very convenient.
The dormitory environment is very good and comfortable. The service attitude is good, and problems will be resolved in a timely manner.
