The apartment is very close to the Jubilee campus, with a supermarket and food options right downstairs, making it very convenient. The apartment is also close to the city center, just a 10-minute bus ride or a 20-minute walk. It's really convenient.
After looking at most of the reviews, I personally think that the stay is actually quite nice. It's better than I expected. I booked a room for 215 a week. Since the apartment has been around for a while, some of the room door locks have been changed to keys instead of the magnetic cards they should have. Overall, the equipment is a bit old (although some rooms have updated facilities), but it's still quite nice. There are over three hundred Chinese people here, which is pretty impressive.

N2 is very comfortable to live in, and Lidl is right downstairs which is very convenient.

The facilities are older, and the bathroom is not separated from wet and dry areas, but the ventilation is good, allowing for mosquito coils to be used. It is very close to the Zhubuli campus, which can be reached by walking every day. The park is not recommended as it takes 13 minutes to walk to the bus station; the bus station at the entrance does not go to the park but goes to the city center. There is a large supermarket and a Chinese supermarket right downstairs.

1. I did not anticipate that there would be construction outside the apartment during my reservation; there were scaffolds on the exterior, making it uncomfortable to look outside. There was also noise.

3. The apartment front desk accepts packages, but the efficiency is low, and I could not retrieve them quickly.
4. Some maintenance issues cannot be addressed immediately by the apartment; they keep delaying or do not handle them at all. For example, the exhaust fan is not functioning and is not repaired; the chairs are old and are not replaced. No response was received to my emails after check-in.
