When is the due date for rent payment?
Log in to the student portal of the apartment, and check your payment plan on the booking interface. In addition, there will be a mark on the apartment provision contract. After the reservation is successful, the apartment will send a contract to the student's mailbox. Please keep it well.

Students in the 21/22 academic year do not need to pay a housing deposit of 350 pounds, but only need to pay the deposit and rent.
What is a guarantor?
A guarantor is someone over the age of 18 who can share the financial responsibility of renting an apartment with you and who can pay the rent for you if you are unable to pay the rent to the apartment for whatever reason. A guarantor is required if you choose to pay the rent in two or four installments when booking. He should agree to be your guarantor and sign the rental documents. Can couples live here?
Couples are welcome to stay in the apartment, but the price will be slightly different. Currently, double occupancy requires an additional 20% of the rent.
Do I need to pay land tax?
If you are an eligible full-time student, you will be exempt from paying land tax. You must provide proof to the apartment that you are a full-time student
What do I need to pay?
All utilities, 250M broadband and wireless internet, all personal contents insurance are included in the rent, and breakfast is included in the weekly rent from Monday to Friday.
When can I check in?
You can check in at the beginning of the contract. If you arrive at the apartment during non-working hours, it is best to inform the apartment in advance so that the apartment can arrange check-in.
What should I do if something is broken or malfunctioning in my room?
Using the mobile phone software provided by the apartment allows you to report for repairs while staying comfortably in the room! Fill out the repair form, you can also add a picture, and the equipment manager in the apartment will respond as soon as possible. You can also go downstairs yourself and talk to the customer service team at the front desk about the problem, they are more than happy to help.

Can I smoke in the room?
cannot. According to the signed rental agreement, smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Each apartment has a dedicated smoking area, please smoke there.
Can someone else get the key card for me?
No, for security reasons, your key card can only be collected by yourself.
Where can I do my laundry?
All residence halls have laundry rooms in the apartment building with washing machines and dryers. Each wash costs about £2.70; each drying costs about £1.20. You can use the apartment's mobile app to see if your laundry is ready, and to see when the machine is ready for use! The laundry room is also open 24 hours a day.
Can I keep pets inside the apartment?
No, no pets are allowed in the apartment.
If there is a network problem, who should I contact?
You can contact the staff in the apartment, fill in the repair form, or contact the apartment's network service operator Ask4. Ask4's technical support phone number is (UK) 0114 303 3232. They have specially trained staff that can resolve network issues quickly.

Can I drive to the apartment?
All houses in the apartment are located in the city center, very close to the university, and it is very convenient to take public transportation. At the same time, apartment developers are building apartment buildings with the car's environmental impact in mind. Therefore, in view of the location and traffic advantages of the apartment, there is no parking lot in any apartment. Moreover, in some residential areas of the apartment (such as Exeter), it is strictly forbidden to park vehicles within 1.5 kilometers of the dormitory area.
