Facilities: The basement level is equipped with a gym, pool table, board games, mahjong, and other gaming equipment. The common area is quite large and the air conditioning at the reception is very cool when it's hot. Breakfast is provided from Monday to Friday, and there is a shuttle bus (in the morning), which is quite convenient. I stayed in the top floor 3b room, which is pretty spacious. Whether it's the shared kitchen, the living room, or my own bedroom, they are all nice. Internet speed: It's considered fairly normal, but when it comes to gaming, it might not be that great. Sound insulation: Average. Sometimes I can hear the noise from downstairs late at night when people are drunk, and I can also hear my neighbor excitedly greeting while playing games. Location: There is a bus stop less than 100m away. There is a Tesco and a Chinese supermarket, and after crossing the road, you can reach a small shopping mall with a cinema, restaurants, etc. Cleaning: The room is cleaned approximately once every two weeks. Overall, it's still quite good.
