Devonshire Courtyard is a top student accommodation in Sheffield with students from the University of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam University due to its excellent location. The rooms are mainly studios and suitable for students who want to share accommodation and make new friends. Ideal for students to live and study. With the University of Sheffield just a stone's throw away, say goodbye to long commutes and hello to more time enjoying all that university life has to offer.

Features:

The Devonshire Courtyard flats offer 319 beds over four floors. You can choose an En-suite room type, where you share the kitchen and living room with others, or a Studio, which is just your own space to study and relax, for students who want their own space. Sheffield's student flat prices all include Wi-Fiutility bills and insurance for the contents of the house, so there's no need to worry about extra expenses.

Equipment in the kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, microwave and hoover. The cupboards, fridge and freezer all have their area exclusive to you to store your belongings. The Devonshire Courtyard home has a comfortable bed, a desk, a chair and more. Want to exercise outside of school hours? That's easy! The flat has a games room and a gym, so you can go and relax to your heart's content!

Location and What's Hot:

The Devonshire Courtyard flats are situated on Wellington Street, ideal for students new to Sheffield. The nearest supermarket is Tesco, a giant Sainsbury's supermarket, which is a 5-minute walk away, as well as the Moor supermarket. The flat is next to Fenton House, which has many Chinese restaurants. Behind the flat is Sheffield's high-end music venue, the Corporation, and there are a variety of bars, restaurants, nightclubs and other entertainment venues, so Sheffield has a great nightlife with lots of music venues.

Transport:

The Devonshire Courtyard, situated in the heart of Sheffield, offers a prime location for students. It is merely a 12-minute walk away from the University of Sheffield, making daily commutes convenient and quick. For those attending Sheffield Hallam University, the commute is a bit longer but still easily manageable at about a 20-minute walk. For those days when you're running late, or the weather is uncooperative, many public transportation options are available, with the closest bus stop just a 2-minute walk away.

Security & Services:

The Devonshire Courtyard flats offer 24/7 security and maintenance services submitted through the free MyUnite App. You can contact the management team anytime with any questions about your accommodation.

The location is good, the facilities are too old, and the sound insulation is very poor.
