Non-en-suite flats are shared apartments. All roommates share the common zone of bathroom, living room and kitchen. Ensuite flats will provide students with a private bedroom and bathroom, but you need to share the living room and kitchen with your roommates. Living in a studio, you can enjoy the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom in privacy.

The one-bed-apartment has a private living room zone for you compared with the studios, and the room would be bigger.
