Just moved in, feeling pretty good so far.
Advantages:<br>1. Superior geographical location, with three supermarkets and a daily necessities store below.<br>Disadvantages:<br>1. No staff available on weekends; if you check in on a weekend, you may end up waiting downstairs for over 10 minutes.<br>2. The room looks larger in photos; it seems a wide-angle lens was used.<br>3. Poor sound insulation; you can hear the TV and conversations from next door. The hallway floor is noisy, and you can hear when someone walks past your room.<br>4. The restroom is very small, about 3-4 square meters, comparable to Japanese inns, and the washbasin feels like being back on an airplane.<br>5. Some windows face directly into the parking lot.
Everything else is pretty good, but the area is too small. There is a buzzing sound in the third-floor room, similar to the noise of a washing machine drum spinning. I don't know why. The kitchen induction cooker is not usable and doesn't match the pot. The toilet paper holder is too small, leading to the water flow not being able to be too strong; otherwise, the water easily stays on the floor.
