There is a bar in the middle, making it very convenient to eat by yourself. The cooking stove is also far from the bed, so there’s no need to worry about oil and salt drifting onto the bed. The apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows, providing a very clear view. There’s a gym nearby, which is very convenient.
The elevator has been broken for half a year!!! Moreover, the washing machine is often particularly dirty. The apartment is frequently inspected, and the shuttle bus stops at 1:00 PM, but many classes start at 3:00 PM. Additionally, the shuttle buses are almost always on time, so you need to set off an hour in advance.
The agent is a mess. They don't solve problems and keep dragging on... The total price after booking is different from what was promised initially. The promised cashback is also being delayed with excuses. However, the property itself is good; it can be considered a decent apartment in Sheffield with nice facilities and environment.

Repairs are progressing very slowly; it took nearly a month to fix the cold water for the shower. They only rushed to find another apartment's repairman when I left a bad review on Instagram. Every time, they told me it would be fixed the same day; I also had to go downstairs to meet my friend when they visited. If there's concern about safety, please treat everyone the same; everyone should have their identification checked. When my friend came, they had to let someone come down to meet them; otherwise, they wouldn't let them through. The shuttle is late or doesn’t show up four out of five times. If they can't afford it, they don't have to provide the service—stop deceiving consumers!!! Next time, don’t come to Crown House; I feel unlucky to encounter an apartment like this. What should I say???
