The environment is good, the service is good, the facilities are good, and the geographical location is good.
Living here in crown is really convenient! Right nearby is Marsha Lidi and Little Horse Bank! It's a 5-minute walk (just need to climb a small hill), shopping is really OK! Basically, it's right next to the city center, and it's only two steps to get to Burger King or McDonald's!
The apartment is located right in front of a large supermarket, Coop, and is a 3-8 minute walk from the city center and Marsha. Opposite the apartment are the courthouse and police station, which contribute to a high level of safety; there is a Chinese-speaking front desk, ensuring smooth communication; and the apartment building is equipped with complete facilities including a gym, cinema, game room, shared kitchen, and study room.
The customer service is really on point, and many details are explained very clearly. For example, there is indeed a building under renovation at the entrance of our apartment, and the customer service will inform me in advance. Moreover, the apartment is really comfortable to live in.
Living in Crownhouse for a year has been much better than my previous experiences in other apartments. The 24-hour security, the receptionists who greet you with a smile every day, and the very useful app for maintenance requests and package pickups, I am personally very satisfied with everything about Crownhouse. If it weren't for the need to drop out, I would really hope to continue living here.
The service efficiency in the foreign country is very high. I will still look for services in the foreign country for this year's renewal.

There is a bar in the middle, making it very convenient to eat by yourself. The cooking stove is also far from the bed, so there’s no need to worry about oil and salt drifting onto the bed. The apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows, providing a very clear view. There’s a gym nearby, which is very convenient.
The staff are friendly, the environment is good, and the public facilities are well-equipped. However, the elevator repair is too slow, and the school is a bit far. The community's greenery is decent, and the scenery is quite good. Overall, it is very comfortable.
Love this apartment very much! ! ! The waiters at the front desk are very helpful! ! I often organize various activities, and send a variety of snacks, fruit cakes and desserts every day, which is really good! !

How to pay rent?
