The apartment building is a brick structure with elevators in the building; it provides three types of houses, Studio, One-bedroom and Two-bedroom. The room is paved with strengthened floors. There are 1-2 windows. The windows can be opened but not all open. There is a refrigerator in the kitchen. The apartment is equipped with wall mounted heat. In New Era, you can enjoy 600 trillion wireless high speed broadband, super large double bed plus luxurious sofa, luxury independent bathroom, smart TV, student public activities area. In addition to the above basic equipment, the apartment is full of water and electricity network, and there are gymnasiums and deluxe cinemas, and the Oriental food supermarket will be put into use. (two people live a week to pay an additional 20 L. Friends and relatives can not stay, can only come to see. The payment methods include one time payment, 3 installments and 10 installments. [Security and Service] Apartment day front desk special customer service, 24 hours monitoring, security. At check-in, students need to prepare passport and all your files, and pay the rent (rent should be paid one month in advance). The time of registration is from Monday to Thursday (9:00am – 5:00pm), Friday and Saturday (11:00am - 3pm). Clean the apartment on a regular basis.
