To tell the truth, it is quite good. Studio, which has lived for one year, has a convenient geographical location and good scenery in the public area. The sound insulation is very good. The studio is large and the storage space is large. The room has high freedom. I can't find fault for the time being.

The public area is clean and tidy, and there is a staff member who is specially responsible for cleaning up. The network speed is acceptable most of the time. Occasionally, there will be some fluctuations and unable to connect. The sound insulation effect is also acceptable. You will not often hear some movement or noise at night.

Can I cancel after booking?
We have a 5-day "cooling-off period" policy. This means that if you need to cancel within 5 days of signing the lease and you haven't moved in yet, you can cancel. If the "cooling-off period" has passed, you can still cancel under certain circumstances, such as if your UK visa is denied or you fail to meet the admission requirements for your chosen university. You just need to provide the UCAS notification or visa refusal document within 72 hours of receiving the relevant notice. If you find a suitable replacement tenant, you can transfer the lease to them, and we will conduct a qualification check. Once confirmed qualified, they can take over your lease.
