The Carters Yard Stirling requires a reservation deposit to confirm your room rental. At the beginning of the lease term, the reservation deposit will be converted into a refundable guarantee. If any items require deduction, the condo deduct a portion of your deposit. If there are no items that require deduction, you will be able to get your deposit back 10 working days after moving out of the Carters Yard.
