It backs onto a police station, and overall it’s okay. The facilities and decor in the room are quite new. By comparison, bv is old for the same price range, while vita and sc are more expensive for a similar environment. The only large supermarket nearby, aldi, is also the best value-for-money option. But the problems are also obvious. First, it’s too far from the other apartments, so it’s really inconvenient to hang out with friends, and the location is somewhere you really don’t feel like going out from. Also, it’s far from the city center, so it feels a bit less lively. Walking to the university’s west campus is just average, not much different from other apartments, but public transport isn’t very convenient. The only option is the u3 bus, and if it stops running for a day or one service before class is canceled, the only way to get to the east campus is an expensive and slow Uber 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️
It’s pretty good. The only minor issue was during check-in: one of the rubber pads on a corner of the oven rack was missing. However, I don’t really use the oven much, so it shouldn’t be a problem. I just noted it in the inventory check as proof.
I am very satisfied, the staff here are also very nice. Although it is a bit far from the city center, there is a bus that can easily get there. The bus stop is right at the apartment entrance, and it can take you to school. There is also a supermarket across the street, which is very convenient.
The apartment is nice, and the included kettle is super convenient. Aside from being a bit far from the East Campus for classes, everything else is great. The 24-hour front desk is very prompt in helping, and the small courtyard feels very cozy.
The bus station is right across from the apartment, which is very convenient. The front desk of the apartment is very nice and communication is pleasant. Each building in the apartment has an elevator, so there is no need to climb stairs. The environment is very good, I like it.
This rental experience was amazing! The house is clean and tidy, with complete furniture and appliances. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and the living facilities are well-equipped, meeting my daily needs. The landlord is also very nice, warm and attentive, and can help solve problems promptly, making me feel the warmth of home. Moreover, the rent is reasonable, and the cost-performance ratio is very high. I sincerely recommend it to friends in need of renting!
The apartment is new, the infrastructure is good, and the staff are very friendly, solving problems quickly.
The stay experience was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, just like the photos. The front desk service was enthusiastic, answering all questions, whether regarding transportation, hygiene, or value for money; everything felt great. Highly recommended!
